- e-gift cards are redeemable both in-store, online and over the phone
- To check the balance of your e-gift card, call 1-800-545-6882
- This e-gift card is issued by Yankee Candle Company, Inc. and may not be used for payment on any credit card account, to purchase another gift card, or toward previously purchased merchandise
- This e-gift card is not redeemable for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law
- If this e-gift card is lost, stolen or destroyed, Yankee Candle may replace it if you provide the e-gift card number. Replacement card will be the value of the e-gift card at the time Yankee Candle receives your report of loss, theft or unauthorized use
- This e-gift card has no expiration date
- Any remaining balance will be left on the e-gift card for further use
- Maximum 2 e-gift card can be used per transaction

How to Redeem your e-gift card Online:
- Go to yankeecandle.com and add item(s) to cart
- Proceed to Check Out
- Once on the "Bill To" page in the Order Process, you will be prompted to enter your e-gift card number and PIN. If the total cost of your order exceeds the available balance on your Card, you will need to enter a credit card to cover the difference
How to Redeem your e-gift card In-Store:
- Click here to find a store near you
- Print this e-gift card
- Present this e-gift card to the sales associate at time of checkout
- To redeem your e-gift Card from a mobile device display the barcode, e-gift card number, and PIN to the sales associate at the time of checkout
Sales Associate: Scan the barcode off of the mobile device and/or hand key the e-gift card number and PIN into the POS.
How to Redeem your e-gift card via Phone:
- Select your items in the Yankee Candle catalog.
- Call catalog sales at 1-877-803-6890 and provide e-gift card number and PIN.
Delivery & Returns
All our stock is held in local warehouses in the United States.
Layawayland will usually dispatch your goods within 7 - 10 business days of completing your layaway payments.
This time frame factors in the confirmation of the layaway order include your payment method, processing and dispatch from the warehouse and the transport of the items via couriers. The 'In Stock ' status on our website can mean the stock is either in our warehouse, or available with our supplier.
Whilst we endeavour to get items delivered to you as soon as possible we do, however, need to allow that 7 - 10 business day window to accommodate the processes above.
Delivery tracking details will be emailed to the email address on the account as soon as they are known. Your goods must be delivered to the delivery address as shown on your initial order.
Deliveries require a signature on delivery and if no one is at the property to sign for the package a calling card will be left by the driver with details of how to arrange redelivery or collection.
If their are multiple items on your order, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple couriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations.
Large/bulky items (eg furniture and whitegoods) may take longer to deliver and may also incur an additional freight fee. If an additional freight fee is expected for your order you will be contacted via email after the order has been successfully placed.
We guarantee your satisfaction with all layawayland.com merchandise. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) from layawayland.com, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of delivery. When we receive the item(s) and verify the return of product(s), we will send you a replacement.
Please choose carefully when ordering on layawayland.com. Once you have ordered the item, you are committed to the purchase. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are only entitled to a refund in the event of a major product failure - not if you simply change your mind or you later discover that you picked the wrong colour or the item doesn't fit.
