This Agreement is between you, the Cardholder, and the issuer. By purchasing, accepting or using your Gift Card, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with this Agreement, do not purchase, use or accept the Gift Card. IMPORTANT: This Agreement includes resolution of disputes by arbitration instead of in court. About Your Eddie Bauer Gift Card. Gift Cards are issued by Eddie Bauer Gift Card Services LLC Balance Inquiry. For balance inquiry, call 1.866.398.9763 or visit https://www.buyatab.com/custom/eddiebauer/ for US or https://www.buyatab.com/custom/eddiebauer/cad for Canada. The balance you receive when inquiring over the telephone or online may not include pending transactions. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the balance adjustment is delayed. Expiration/Termination. Gift Cards do not expire. No fees for inactivity or service fees apply. Issuer may terminate any Gift Card where a credit card/check used for payment is declined. Redemption. Your Gift Card is redeemable only for purchases of merchandise at participating Eddie Bauer locations in the United States and Canada. It has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash (except as required by law) or used to purchase another Gift Card. Your Gift Card also cannot be applied as payment to any credit card account, or for prior or pending purchases. No Refunds. No refunds are permitted with respect to Gift Cards without the original receipt. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Gift Card. The unused balance of lost, damaged or stolen cards will not be replaced unless you present the original purchase receipt and any other proof as required by Issuer or by law. Delivery & Returns
Delivery
All our stock is held in local warehouses in the United States.
Layawayland will usually dispatch your goods within 7 - 10 business days of completing your layaway payments.
This time frame factors in the confirmation of the layaway order include your payment method, processing and dispatch from the warehouse and the transport of the items via couriers. The 'In Stock ' status on our website can mean the stock is either in our warehouse, or available with our supplier.
Whilst we endeavour to get items delivered to you as soon as possible we do, however, need to allow that 7 - 10 business day window to accommodate the processes above.
Delivery tracking details will be emailed to the email address on the account as soon as they are known. Your goods must be delivered to the delivery address as shown on your initial order.
Deliveries require a signature on delivery and if no one is at the property to sign for the package a calling card will be left by the driver with details of how to arrange redelivery or collection.
If their are multiple items on your order, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple couriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations.
Large/bulky items (eg furniture and whitegoods) may take longer to deliver and may also incur an additional freight fee. If an additional freight fee is expected for your order you will be contacted via email after the order has been successfully placed.
Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction with all layawayland.com merchandise. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) from layawayland.com, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of delivery. When we receive the item(s) and verify the return of product(s), we will send you a replacement.
Please choose carefully when ordering on layawayland.com. Once you have ordered the item, you are committed to the purchase. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are only entitled to a refund in the event of a major product failure - not if you simply change your mind or you later discover that you picked the wrong colour or the item doesn't fit.
