This H&M Gift Card ("Card") is redeemable up to its balance to buy goods or services only at H&M locations in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada, and at hm.com in the U.S. only. Not redeemable for cash except as required by law. Dollar values are in the currency of the country where the card is purchased. Any required rate exchange calculation will be made on the date of your purchase. Not a credit card or debit card. Purchases are deducted from the Card balance. Card will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen, or used without authorization. Card is issued by CardFact 25, Inc which is the sole obligor to card owner. Purchase, use or acceptance of card constitutes acceptance of these terms. For balance or for other inquiries, visit www.hm.com or visit any H&M location. Card has no value until activated. No expiration date or service fees.

Customer Redemption Instructions
Redeemable in H&M stores and online at hm.com. You can use a gift card to pay for your complete purchase or in combination with another payment method.
Shop Online:
1. Select 'Add gift card' under payment in checkout.
2. Enter the gift card number and PIN code in the pop-up screen.
3. Make sure to click ?add? to apply the gift card towards your purchase.
Shop in Stores:
1. Display the gift card number and associated PIN on your mobile device or print it.
2. Present this information to the sales advisor at checkout to type in.
Sales Advisor Redemption Instructions
eGift Cards should be processed in the same manner as physical Gift Cards. Manually type in the eGift Card number and the PIN. Follow all other standard policies and procedures for handling Gift Card transactions.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery
All our stock is held in local warehouses in the United States.
Layawayland will usually dispatch your goods within 7 - 10 business days of completing your layaway payments.
This time frame factors in the confirmation of the layaway order include your payment method, processing and dispatch from the warehouse and the transport of the items via couriers. The 'In Stock ' status on our website can mean the stock is either in our warehouse, or available with our supplier.
Whilst we endeavour to get items delivered to you as soon as possible we do, however, need to allow that 7 - 10 business day window to accommodate the processes above.
Delivery tracking details will be emailed to the email address on the account as soon as they are known. Your goods must be delivered to the delivery address as shown on your initial order.
Deliveries require a signature on delivery and if no one is at the property to sign for the package a calling card will be left by the driver with details of how to arrange redelivery or collection.
If their are multiple items on your order, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple couriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations.
Large/bulky items (eg furniture and whitegoods) may take longer to deliver and may also incur an additional freight fee. If an additional freight fee is expected for your order you will be contacted via email after the order has been successfully placed.
Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction with all layawayland.com merchandise. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) from layawayland.com, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of delivery. When we receive the item(s) and verify the return of product(s), we will send you a replacement.
Please choose carefully when ordering on layawayland.com. Once you have ordered the item, you are committed to the purchase. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are only entitled to a refund in the event of a major product failure - not if you simply change your mind or you later discover that you picked the wrong colour or the item doesn't fit.
