Terms and Conditions
- Gift cards must be used as a form of payment towards a new reservation made directly with TripGift.
- Gift cards are valid only in USD for all products that we have available.
- Gift cards can only be applied to a NEW individual reservation made in USD by US based (domiciled) residents.
- Gift cards may be applied to a group reservation where available.
- Gift cards may not be used towards property credit or to settle any additional unspecified Hotel, Private Tours, Airline or Car Rental charges.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- A maximum of (2) eGift card codes are permitted per transaction; any outstanding balance can be paid using Visa, MasterCard and AmEx.
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- Once a reservation has been made with a Gift card, normal cancellation policy and cancellation payments shall apply, subject to the terms and conditions of your booking.
- Changes to reservations may not be permitted.
- All Gift cards are non-refundable and not replaceable whether lost, stolen or if booking is canceled. Gift cards are not transferable.
- Gift cards shall be void where prohibited, if used for fraudulent or illegal purposes or restricted by law and if sold for cash or other consideration and if used by non-US domiciled residents.
- Each eGift card has no expiry date, subject to any applicable Country and local State law and any required residual refund value in certain Counties and States.
- You may redeem this eGift Card online directly with TripGift. This card is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
- For processing and compliance reasons please allow a minimum five (5) days lead time from today to make any travel bookings on the website. For this reason same day bookings cannot be supported as the lead time for Bookings and check-in is 5 days.
Redemption Instructions
- To redeem your TripGift® Travel Gift card please visit http://tripgift.com/?aff=inc
- Register an Account - once registered you can now check the balance on the gift card
- Click on Book Trip | Redeem
- Once you have selected the options that best suit your requirements, enter the details of all persons involved in the booking
- Proceed to the check-out page
- Pay by credit card and/or enter your eGift card code into the Redeem eGift card code box and click submit
- Proceed to agree to the terms and conditions
- Click ?Order Now? to complete your booking and transaction

Delivery
All our stock is held in local warehouses in the United States.
Layawayland will usually dispatch your goods within 7 - 10 business days of completing your layaway payments.
This time frame factors in the confirmation of the layaway order include your payment method, processing and dispatch from the warehouse and the transport of the items via couriers. The 'In Stock ' status on our website can mean the stock is either in our warehouse, or available with our supplier.
Whilst we endeavour to get items delivered to you as soon as possible we do, however, need to allow that 7 - 10 business day window to accommodate the processes above.
Delivery tracking details will be emailed to the email address on the account as soon as they are known. Your goods must be delivered to the delivery address as shown on your initial order.
Deliveries require a signature on delivery and if no one is at the property to sign for the package a calling card will be left by the driver with details of how to arrange redelivery or collection.
If their are multiple items on your order, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple couriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations.
Large/bulky items (eg furniture and whitegoods) may take longer to deliver and may also incur an additional freight fee. If an additional freight fee is expected for your order you will be contacted via email after the order has been successfully placed.
Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction with all layawayland.com merchandise. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) from layawayland.com, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of delivery. When we receive the item(s) and verify the return of product(s), we will send you a replacement.
Please choose carefully when ordering on layawayland.com. Once you have ordered the item, you are committed to the purchase. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are only entitled to a refund in the event of a major product failure - not if you simply change your mind or you later discover that you picked the wrong colour or the item doesn't fit.
