- Temperature settingAfter the system is installed for the first time and is flushed, please manually turn on the heating module for temperature setting, in a flushing status, the heating indicator is not available.
- Connection noteThe system can be connected with an MNR remineralization filter for use, but the MNR filter can only be connected to a cold water pipe. The system cannot be connected with a refrigerator or an ice maker.
- Temperature noteThere can be external factors that will ultimately affect the temperature of water, including weather and the temperature of the cup. Hot steam of the tank is drained from the drain pipe and the system is designed with anti-scalding cotton to avoid burns.
- Heating time noteIt can take some time to heat water in the tank to the present temperature. It takes about 15 minutes to heat water from the room temperature to 203 degree Fahrenheit.
- Circuit connection noteThe current of the system is 7 amps. For safety's sake, it is recommended that a separate circuit serving only the instant hot water dispenser be provided.

Delivery tracking details will be emailed to the email address on the account as soon as they are known. Your goods must be delivered to the delivery address as shown on your initial order.
Deliveries require a signature on delivery and if no one is at the property to sign for the package a calling card will be left by the driver with details of how to arrange redelivery or collection.
If their are multiple items on your order, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple couriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations.
Large/bulky items (eg furniture and whitegoods) may take longer to deliver and may also incur an additional freight fee. If an additional freight fee is expected for your order you will be contacted via email after the order has been successfully placed.
Returns

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) from layawayland.com, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of delivery. When we receive the item(s) and verify the return of product(s), we will send you a replacement.
