Overview
The Emporia EV Charging Station is a Level 2 electric vehicle charger that charges any EV up to 40 amps with NEMA 14-50P (with 11" cable compliant with 2017 NEC Section 625.17(A)(3)) or up to 48 amps with hardwired installation. It comes with a 24? cable (from charger to tip of gun) with an SAE J1772 connector so it works with all electric cars. Its IP66 enclosure is made to withstand the elements outdoors.Features
- INTELLIGENT LOAD MANAGEMENTDynamically adjusts EV charge rate, allowing the sum of breakers to exceed the electrical panel's service rating, all while keeping your home's energy consumption within system limits. Allowing you to sidestep the need for expensive electrical service upgrades.
- MEETS NEC STANDARDSPer NFPA 70, 625.42(B) and 750.30, an EMS can control and adjust load, even up to 100% of the panel rating. The EMS is safety approved to ensure the panel rating is not exceeded. UL CERTIFIED Level 2, 48A, 240V electric vehicle (EV) charging station has flexible amperage settings from 6 to 48 amps.
- CHARGER INSTALLS INDOORS OR OUTDOORS.Your charger will be safe from the elements with a rugged watertight NEMA Type 4 enclosure. Check with your state and local company to see if there are incentives and rebates in your area. CHARGER IS PROTECTED BY A 3-YEAR WARRANTY.

Requires a dual-pole, dedicated breaker at 50A+ for a 40A charge. A professional electrician is recommended for installing a NEMA Plug.
- UL CERTIFIED ENERGY MONITOR INSTALLS IN CIRCUIT PANELInstalls in most homes with clamp-on sensors. Supports single-phase up to 240VAC line-neutral; single, split-phase 120/240VAC; and three-phase up to 415Y/240VAC (no Delta). Panels with access only to busbars will need flexible sensors available from Emporia Energy.

All our stock is held in local warehouses in the United States.
Layawayland will usually dispatch your goods within 7 - 10 business days of completing your layaway payments.
This time frame factors in the confirmation of the layaway order include your payment method, processing and dispatch from the warehouse and the transport of the items via couriers. The 'In Stock ' status on our website can mean the stock is either in our warehouse, or available with our supplier.
Whilst we endeavour to get items delivered to you as soon as possible we do, however, need to allow that 7 - 10 business day window to accommodate the processes above.
Delivery tracking details will be emailed to the email address on the account as soon as they are known. Your goods must be delivered to the delivery address as shown on your initial order.
Deliveries require a signature on delivery and if no one is at the property to sign for the package a calling card will be left by the driver with details of how to arrange redelivery or collection.
If their are multiple items on your order, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple couriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations.
Large/bulky items (eg furniture and whitegoods) may take longer to deliver and may also incur an additional freight fee. If an additional freight fee is expected for your order you will be contacted via email after the order has been successfully placed.
Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction with all layawayland.com merchandise. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) from layawayland.com, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of delivery. When we receive the item(s) and verify the return of product(s), we will send you a replacement.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are only entitled to a refund in the event of a major product failure - not if you simply change your mind or you later discover that you picked the wrong colour or the item doesn't fit.
