Overview

The Roborock Q7 Max+ is a vacuum and mop combo that features a docking system. It offers an automatic dust-removing feature through the new Pure Support dock. The docking system is what sets this robot vacuum model apart from its predecessors. This self-emptying robot vacuum saves time and helps you clean your home all in one go. When docked, the vacuum allows the dirt to be sent to the dust bag that is conveniently located in the Pure Support dock. The ease of automatic dirt removal with a dust bag that only needs to be changed every seven weeks is unbeatable. The capacity of the dust bag is around 2.5 liters and can be changed simply by swapping for a new bag. The Roborock dust bag doubles as an air filter, cleaning your air as the vacuum moves around. The Q7 Max+ also offers a vacuum and mop combo, with 30 different water flow levels to choose from. This ensures that no matter the type of floor, this robot's got it. The 4200 Pa suction power and 300g mopping pressures ensure a smooth and thorough clean. With a tank that contains both room for dirt, and water, the capacity of the robot increases. It also saves you a trip by allowing you to refill the water compartment and empty dust at the same time. This tank boasts a 470ml capacity for dust and 350ml for water. The battery of the Q7 Max+ allows this machine to run for up to three hours on a single charge. This robot vacuum uses Roborock's PreciSence PrecisionLiDAR technology. That means that it can efficiently map out your house and offers a wide variety of features through the Roborock app. This includes 3D mapping, multi-level mapping, routine scheduling, and even the putting up of invisible walls in no-go zones.     All our stock is held in local warehouses in the United States.

    Layawayland  will usually dispatch your goods within 7 - 10 business days of completing your layaway payments.

    This time frame factors in the confirmation of the layaway order include your payment method, processing and dispatch from the warehouse and the transport of the items via couriers. The 'In Stock ' status on our website can mean the stock is either in our warehouse, or available with our supplier.

    Whilst we endeavour to get items delivered to you as soon as possible we do, however, need to allow that 7 - 10 business day window to accommodate the processes above.

    Delivery tracking details will be emailed to the email address on the account as soon as they are known. Your goods must be delivered to the delivery address as shown on your initial order.

    Deliveries require a signature on delivery and if no one is at the property to sign for the package a calling card will be left by the driver with details of how to arrange redelivery or collection.

    If their are multiple items on your order, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple couriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations.

    Large/bulky items (eg furniture and whitegoods) may take longer to deliver and may also incur an additional freight fee. If an additional freight fee is expected for your order you will be contacted via email after the order has been successfully placed.

When we receive the item(s) and verify the return of product(s), we will send you a replacement.
